The first job for our dedicated gardeners was to give our thirsty plants a good watering! The tomatoes, sweetcorn and runner bean plants had grown so much in the last two weeks - we could hardly believe our eyes!
We spent quite a lot of time tidying up the wildlife garden; cutting back the brambles, nettles and dead wild flowers; collecting seeds from the various wild flowers in the area to ensure healthy plants for next spring and also topping up the wildlife pond.
We completed our time by helping Miss Taylor with moving her vehicles, a very productive couple of mornings!
